raoul silva’s affiliation with the organization spectre did not begin until after his capture by – and, later, his escape from – the chinese. although he rarely worked under them directly, his circumstance proved incredibly convenient in relation to ernst blofeld’s plot to reign chaos upon 007, and so the organization not only funded him, but fully supported his plot to reign terror upon mi6 and it’s leader.
silva – after his recovery – remained ever avid about being “free agent” in the cyber world: choosing his own missions, completing him on his own time, as well as being free to both choose and likewise discard of his allies as he pleased – and so, he never affiliated deeply with spectre ( i.e. he was never granted a ring, which are given to their closely-involved members. ) BUT, they still aided him significantly, despite their true intentions: which, essentially was to take m away from bond.
